PRAN Group’s 250 officials perform Umrah
PRAN, the leading business conglomerate of the country, has set a unique precedent in the corporate world of Bangladesh. This is the first time that 250 officials of a corporate organisation performed Umrah together recently (February 9). PRAN Group made the arrangements this to motivate employees and increase their mental peace.
PRAN Group officials working in Bangladesh and different countries of the world participated in this Umrah. As part of performing Umrah, they performed Tawaf of the Holy Kaaba Sharif and Safa-Marwa Sai. They also offered prayers at Masjid al-Haram and pray for the peace, prosperity and progress of the country, nation and the entire Muslim Ummah. Moreover, the group's officials offered prayers at Al Masjid an Nabawi in Madinah.
About performing Umrah, Kamruzzaman Kamal, marketing director of PRAN-RFL Group, said, "Such arrangements play an important role in the spiritual and moral development of employees. We will take such initiatives in the future as well, so that our officials can be enriched mentally and spiritually."
This initiative to perform Umrah has been taken as part of PRAN Group's human resource development and welfare activities. The officials of the group expressed their determination to return to work with more motivation after performing Umrah.
